ASA 300w Dressing Machine
Our ASA 300w machine can hold tight corner radius to .002 and achieve run-out to 2 microns. Lead time for dressing wheels is one week. This is a numerically controlled, fully enclosed dressing machine for SuperAbrasive wheels. The ASA 300w has a wide range of benefits, including controlled speeds, precision, and stability; it also will grind wheel packs for all CNC Tool Grinders.
Dressing Services
Wheels are trued to customer’s specifications and re-dressed to expose abrasive and provide chip clearance during customer’s application. While dressing relates to a surface finish maintenance, truing relates to the loss of form control due to the excessive edge wear. Read more on the difference between dressing and truing in our blog.
Balancing Services
We offer solutions to our customers by balancing grinding wheels using state-of-the-art Haimer Tool Dynamic Balancer. This allows for customers to produce efficiently and reduce negative effects both on quality and productivity by using a balanced grinding wheel.
